Bueni Graphics provides graphic design services including but not limited to brand identity design, web design, packaging design, and digital media design. The specifics of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content, and approvals as outlined in project agreements. Delays in providing these materials may result in project timeline adjustments.
Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal or agreement. Typically, we require a 50% deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Bueni Graphics retains the right to display the work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation date. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Bueni Graphics is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit permission.
Bueni Graphics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
